If anything you purchase from the Wikimedia Shop does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund or exchange it within 30 days of the order shipment date. If you wish to start a return you can go to the order in your account, click the "Start Return" button and fill out the request form. Alternatively you can email returnswikimedia.org or call Social Imprints at +1 (415) 956-0269 with your order number or other information to help us look up your order. You can find both the order shipment date and your order number by logging into your account if you created one or in the confirmation and shipping emails that we send after you place an order. They will also be on the packing slip contained inside your shipment.
Damaged or incorrect merchandise: If you receive damaged merchandise, or the wrong merchandise, then we will pay the shipping charges for your return. In order for us to refund or exchange your purchase, the returned item must be in the same condition you received it in, including all accessories and documents that may have come with it.
Returns and restocking: If you wish to return your purchase for any other reason, we will refund your purchase, but you will have to pay for the shipping costs and we will deduct a restocking fee of $1.50 USD at the time of reimbursement. We will issue a refund when we receive your return to the payment method that you used originally. As with damaged or incorrect merchandise in order for us to refund or exchange your purchase, the returned item must be in the same condition you received it in, including all accessories and documents that may have come with it.
